Jodi Perez – CFP®, Financial Advisor
Jodi B. Perez is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERTM and a Financial Advisor of Investment Centers of America, Inc. Ms. Perez is the co-owner of Independent Financial Services and has more than 25 years experience in the financial services industry.
Prior to opening her own firm in August of 1998, she was Vice President at a registered broker/dealer located in Tampa, FL and managed a team of 20 financial planning professionals. Under her supervision, the Financial Planning Department completed over 11,000 plans for 5,000 households annually across the United States. These plans included retirement, education, estate, insurance needs, portfolio allocation and lump sum distribution analysis.
Ms. Perez earned her Bachelors Degree in Marketing from the College of Business Administration at the University of South Florida in 1985. In 1990, she earned her CFP® certification signifying her extensive knowledge of retirement planning, estate planning, insurance planning, education planning, and portfolio analysis. Her professional registrations include: Series 7, 24, 63, 65 and Life, Health & Variable Annuity Insurance licenses. A member of the National Financial Planning Association since 1992, Jodi keeps abreast of all important tax, retirement and investment updates and changes that may benefit her clients.
